Party Time is an Indian Traditional home delivery food service based in the India. They are medium-sized, with a single outlet all over the country. Although their product itself receives high ratings, the website design has received a few complaints. After doing some user research, they also want to design a mobile site so that customers can order from their phone or tablet. They want to test these new websites in the Ahmedabad crowd first and then based upon those responses, make a more comprehensive site they will release across the country. They want their logo which must be trendy and cool which is accepted by the young generation.
Company has released the following vision statement: Company wants to be the first in latest, best food for night roamers that you can order from the comfort of your own home. We promise prompt delivery and a free return policy if you are not happy with our food.
A survey must start with understanding of the needs and information required from the project. To create an effective survey both the business context and project objectives must be clearly understood. The business context of the interface or the product includes insight into why it exists and how it supports the business objectives. The project objectives include the reason the survey is being conducted.
Business Context and Goals: The survey exists because of the user research I am doing for Party Time. It supports the business objectives because ultimately we want user retention, good credibility and improve our bottom-line. We can do this by designing a better website both on the web and mobile.
